this is a really interesting article about how fashion has halted since the 90s, I totally agree! Every runway show is about bringing back bell bottoms, or flapper waistlines, or 50s voluminous a-line skirts, the 90s were the last period w/ its signature miniskirt, and we haven’t moved on from that at all, if you watch the movie clueless it’s virtually the same as today’s mean...
